Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilties

• Share the responsibility with the Executive Houskeeper in controlling and directing of the Housekeeping Department, supervising and organizing operations to the highest required standard in the cleanliness in guestrooms, public areas and back of the house.
• Inspect on daily basic of all assigned guestrooms including all checkout rooms, vacant rooms as well as some make-up rooms.
• Make continuous checks of assigned guestrooms and all surrounding public areas for cleanliness and needed repairs.
• Ensure the correct status of each guestroom has been communicated to the proper Department and person.
• Ensure all new employees are given the appropriate job training and oversee their progress, documenting same per company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
• Equipped with sound knowledge of housekeeping equipment
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attention to details, multi-tasking and well-organized 

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Housekeeper.
