Duty Engineer/ Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the efficiency and standard of all operating equipment and all trades of building facilities
• Monitor daily work orders and planned maintenance services to ensure they are completed properly and timely
• Prepare reports for daily repair and maintenance works
• Ensure the fire and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate with internal departments and outsiders to achieve a smooth operation
• Prepare associates roster and organize shifts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering such as Building Services, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical or other related discipline
• Working experience in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Holder of Safety Card and certification of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good supervision and communications skills
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Technical Supervisor position
