Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping operations in order to comply with the highest brand standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels for housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities to ensure adequate stock levels
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments to respond guest requests promptly
• Manage departmental budget and expenses to maximize efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for purchasing housekeeping supplies and equipment

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Housekeeping Department, with at least 4 years in managerial role
• Excellent in housekeeping staff scheduling, operations procedures and leadership
• Ability to guide, coach and motivate departmental members
• Strong commitment to service excellence
• Strong communication skills with all Departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flows
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and management requests
