Job Description

Be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation daily to achieve results to Apartment standard. Work closely with the Commercial, Housekeeping, Engineering and Finance departments to ensure that services are provided to the satisfaction of the guests. Handles all emergency situations occurred at the Apartment.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel or Property Management or related discipline.
  • 5 years hotel, service apartment or property management operations experience, preferably in Front Desk or Guest Services area
  • International chain experience preferably.
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
  • Overnight duty is not required, 5 day work week
