Account Manager / Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone and email.
  • Maximize revenues through servicing and developing existing accounts. Identify and proactively solicit new accounts, leverage all available sales channels in an effort to optimize sales revenues
  • Activities include sales calls, site inspections, entertainment etc.
  • Supports the strategy of the Sales Team
  • Liaise with operation team to make business running smooth
  • To assist in planning of on-going sales-driven promotions and marketing strategy including ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality or related discipline
  • 2 years or above relevant experience in Serviced Apartment or Hotel
  • Pleasant telephone manner and customer service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Preferably able to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel’s property management system
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably Mandarin as well)
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will consider as Account Manager
