Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Retail and Beauty Centre. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and managing a team that delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear SOPs to ensure smooth daily operations of Retail and Beauty Centre locations
• Manage and keep the team motivated and skilled to comply with company standard.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review
• Ensure consistent consultative service, handle complaints, run feedback and improve retention through loyalty and aftercare.
• Manage Inventory & merchandising
• Work closely with the leadership team to plan promotions, retail strategies, and business initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, retail management, or beauty centre management
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing frontline team
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organising abilities
• Ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high service standards
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage    
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
