This position aims to support and execute the quality assurance framework across ISS Hong Kong to ensure full compliance with statutory, ISO, contractual, and ISS standards, while driving risk management, service quality, and continuous improvement across all operations.
What you’ll do
Being in the QA team on implementation and governance of QA policies and management systems across all segments
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements, ISO standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001), and internal procedures
Provide support on internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes, ensuring timely closure of findings
Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning
Provide findings and insights for management on regulatory, contractual, and risk-related matters
Drive quality and safety culture through training, communication, and engagement
Support client audits, governance meetings, tenders, and contract renewals
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for senior leadership
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key qualifications
Degree or above in Occupational Safety & Health, Quality Assurance, Environmental Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in QA roles, preferrable in facilities management, property management, cleaning, security, or similar service industries
ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor qualification preferred
Registered Safety Officer under Hong Kong Labour Department is a plus
Personal skills you excel
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong safety and environmental regulations
A good team player with effective time management
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Independent, multi-tasking, and able to operate in a frontline, labour-intensive environment
God command of spoken and written English and Chinese
