Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users, gather analysis requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system requirement analysis, design, UAT, support implementation and prepare documentations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, to provide solutions/workarounds to both internal/external customer’s problems, in a fast and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience with solid business knowledge in corporate banking industry with project management experience is an asset
- Sound experience in FinTech such as FPS, OpenAPI, Payment & Cash Management and Corporate Internet/Mobile Banking services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communications of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
