Associate Vice President, Business Administration (Strategic Planning and Analysis)

(Assistant Manager Level)

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Lead the formulation of medium to long term strategy and annual business plan

  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities within consumer finance

  • Develop and present strategic initiatives, including new products, promotions, and channel expansion

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

  • Oversee project governance, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain executive-level stakeholder alignment

Management Reporting

  • Oversee preparation of accurate and timely management reports for executive review

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of financial, operational, and risk metrics to surface trends, variances, and actionable recommendations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer finance, with exposure to strategic planning and project management. Candidates with less experience but strong potential will be considered for the position of Senior Officer

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, credit risk frameworks, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics

  • Proven track record of leading high-stakes projects and influencing C-suite decisions

  • Superior stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical & communication abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)

  • Initiative, able to work independently & under pressure

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
