Mandarin Relationship Manager / 普通話客戶經理 (up to 48K)

Job Description：

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with prospective clients to drive business expansion and meet assigned sales targets;
• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate their insurance needs, understand their risk profiles, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities;
• Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance/ Financial products, coverage options, and risk management strategies;
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, including policy terms, coverage details, and premium calculations, tailored to clients' specific requirements;
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information;
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and client retention metrics.

• 实现并超越分配的销售目标、收益目标和客户保留指标。

Requirements：

• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3;
• With IIQE Paper 4, 5 would be an advantage;
• Degree Holder;
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance ／brokerage industry／ retail banking;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
• Excellent working attitude and willing to learn;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable.

• 具有IIQE Paper 4、5资格证书将是优势；
• 拥有学位学历；
• 具有至少2年保险／经纪业／银行的销售经验；
• 工作态度积极主动,愿意学习；
• 精通英文和中文(特别是普通话)的书面及口语表达能力。
