Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in the General Insurance (GI) and Medical Insurance sectors. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding GI and Medical Insurance products.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and claims processes.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer service system.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Service Lead.
Qualification Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree Holder preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, in the insurance industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Qualified in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is a must.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
