Digital Banking Product Manager (Retail Banking Product Management Division)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end development of digital banking products including requirement analysis, design planning, system development, testing, launch and continuous enhancement

  • Manage the operation and integration of digital banking channels such as mobile banking app, online banking, and mobile payment, ensure smooth compatibility with branch electronic devices

  • Conduct in-depth market research and customer behavior analysis and provide insights for product innovation and optimization

  • Work closely with technical teams to drive system development, enhancement and upgrading, ensure product stability and excellent user experience

  • Formulate and implement product marketing strategies and collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand awareness and user engagement

  • Keep abreast of latest fintech development and market trends, propose timely improvements to maintain product competitiveness

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints related to digital banking products, drive continuous product and service improvement

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related disciplines

  • Around 4 to 6 years’ experience from banking /financial sector with sound knowledge of digital banking including mobile banking, internet banking, mobile payments platforms with familiarity in branch automation devices

  • Strong market research and data analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Proven experience in product design and project management with ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen insight into market trends and customer needs

  • Good understanding of front-end development and digital technologies, able to work effectively with IT teams

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English with proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
