Property Investment Officer / Assistant Property Investment Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Investment Analysis, Property Valuation, Land Matters and Legal Matters.
• Conduct market research and explore property investment opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
• Conduct valuation on business potential of different types of property
• Monitor market updates including the changes of government policies and economic environment, and assess the financial impact on investment.
   

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Real Estate or Surveying (General Practices)
• Member of HKIS or RICS with at least 2 years post-qualification working experience
• Experience with major property developers would be preferred
• Familiar with Land Exchange and Conveyancing will be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication skill and market sense
• Proactive and detail-minded
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Investment Officer
