Duty Engineer - Overnight Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, lighting, and fire protection systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs during the night shift.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency situations (power failures, water leaks, AC issues, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, incidents, and system readings.
• Ensure full compliance with hotel safety, health, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or facilities management (hotel experience is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Holder of Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
• Positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
