- Proficient in the end-to-end workflow of Secretary/Assistant to Chairman.

- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint, official document formatting, and data processing.

III. Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensively coordinate the Chairman's daily work arrangements, including relaying information, schedule planning, business trip, meeting organizing and preparating to ensure efficient and orderly workflow.
- Assist in the company's foreign-related business liaisons, participate in international business negotiations, and independently undertake tasks such as drafting English contracts, translating company English materials, handling business email correspondence, and providing interpretation for foreign affairs receptions to support overseas business expansion.
- Draft important company documents, report materials, and Chinese/English speeches. Organizing the Chairman's meeting minutes and instructions to ensure accurate information dissemination.
- Assist the Chairman in managing external public relations, responsible for VIP receptions (including overseas clients and foreign guests), and maintaining the company's business image.
- Follow up on key projects and special tasks assigned by the Chairman, responsible for progress tracking, result feedback, and implementation.
- Manage the Chairman's office works and important document archives (including confidential materials in Chinese and English), ensuring the standardization and efficiency of the office.
- Assist company senior manager with daily administrative tasks, meeting preparations, and document processing, accumulating high-level administrative service experience.
- Participate in arranging itineraries and logistics for the company's overseas inspections and business trips; overseas travel coordination experience is required.
