Customer Service Officer (Account Opening)

Responsibilities

• Conduct CDD related document review and AML screening on new account applications
• Ensure client data and account documentation are accurately and timely collected, updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Perform client due diligence and prepare information required for CRS and FATCA reporting
• Work closely with front office regarding client information collection
• Prepare excel reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform UAT when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in account opening or customer service within brokerage, financial services or banking industries
• Holder of SFC license RA 1 and RA 2 is a definite advantage
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• A good team player with excellent collaborative skills in working across multiple departments
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  Fluency in Cantonese is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant position
