Sales Assistant (Full Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic and expanding team at Ten Ten One Ten Limited. This full-time position is based in Tsim Sha Tsui. In this role, you will support our sales team in daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new potential clients, preferable for sports and electronics / skincare and cosmetics.
• Assisting sales team with customer enquirers, quotations, orders follow-up and documentations.
• Assisting to organize sales events and promotional materials
• Visiting stores to monitor and report on products display and material placements
• Assisting in market research and data collection
• Follow-up process for Repair items
• Updating the potential client list to support business development
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations 

What we're looking for

• Secondary school diploma or above
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator tools will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, attentive, and responsible
• Willing to travel locally and Macau as needed
• Basic English and Mandarin communication skills
