We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Assistant Vice President to contribute to strategic growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving digital wealth landscape. Responsibilities
- Contribution to Strategic Objectives: Contribute to the strategic definition and achievement of business objectives, supporting revenue growth and P&L targets within the portfolio.
- Strategy Formulation Support: Support the formulation and evolution of comprehensive business strategies, providing market insights and contributing to the identification of emerging opportunities in digital wealth.
- Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating activities and collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Investment Portfolio & Digital Wealth Growth Support: Support the implementation of portfolio management strategies and promotional frameworks to enhance investment penetration and contribute to digital wealth revenue and net new investment asset growth.
- Sales Enablement & Empowerment Contribution: Contribute to the development and deployment of sales enablement tools, comprehensive training programs, and strategic support to optimize campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
- Digital Client Journey Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous evolution of the client's digital journey, supporting initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-selling synergies, and operational efficiencies across all digital platforms.
- Market & Client Proximity Support: Support efforts to maintain market and client proximity, assisting in the development, launch, and scaling of innovative products, digital capabilities, and high-impact marketing programs.
- Regulatory Compliance & Governance Adherence: Adhere to established governance frameworks, collaborating with legal, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure all digital sales processes comply with stringent internal policies and evolving external regulatory standards.
- Operational Excellence Contribution: Contribute to the optimization of sales, service, and operational functions, supporting a culture of excellence, efficiency, and unwavering compliance with all institutional policies and regulatory mandates.
- Digital Capabilities Development Support: Assist in leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to generate business insights that inform and support the development of next-generation digital capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in investment product management, digital wealth management, or related financial services roles, with a demonstrable track record of contributing to business growth and transformation.
- Business Acumen: Strong investment business acumen, with a proactive approach to identify and support opportunities for market expansion and revenue generation.
- Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders towards shared objectives.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical capabilities, adept at distilling complex data into actionable insights and contributing to data-driven proposals, with an ability to adapt to dynamic market landscapes, technological shifts, and regulatory changes.
- Operational & Program Management Support: A commitment to operational excellence, ensuring attention to detail and supporting strategic initiatives through established agile methodologies and program management practices.
- Forward-Thinking & Execution Support: Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach, contributing to the anticipation of market trends and competitive dynamics, and supporting the execution of strategies with precision.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
