Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
- Handle enquiries and service requests by providing information and suggestions, recommending customers appropriate services
- Pursue sales growth, and be able to maintain business relationship with existing clients
- Administration and catering services support for events
- Pre and post event co-ordination
- Conduct site visits, prepare and send out proposals and contracts and assist with menu selection with great attention to details
Requirements:
- Degree or higher diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferably
- 1-2 years experiences in the hotel catering or F&B industries
- Experience in corporate & event catering operation
- Proficiency in using MS office
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Passionate for quality service, attention to details, good organization & communication skills, good team player
- Immediate available is an advantage
More experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
