Graduate Trainee/Internship (Welcome Y3 and Fresh Graduate)

What you'll be doing

• Participating in a comprehensive training program to develop a broad understanding of the insurance industry and the company's operations
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new products and services
• Actively contributing to the company's continuous improvement initiatives
• General assistance to the team in all execution functions

What we're looking for 

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students of 2026 graduating class.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A keen interest in the insurance  industry
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges
• Available for an internship of at least 1 month, be able to work 5 consecutive days per week.
