Manager, System Infrastructure & Data Management (Retail Finance)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and construction of the digital middle-office system for the retail sector, incorporating CRM systems, BI platforms, AI applications, and more

• Responsible for exploring retail AI application scenarios and building relevant system capabilities

• Spearhead the introduction of China Merchants Bank's enabling platform

• Take charge of retail data management and application, covering the establishment of retail data marts, data dictionaries, etc

• Assist the department in offering data support for strategic planning, business operation planning and thematic analysis

• Propel the upgrading of retail data - usage processes and management

Requirements:

• Holder of degree in Computer Science, mathematics, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• More than three years of experience in retail banking system construction and substantial project

• Proficiency in database management, data warehouse construction, data analysis, and/or data mining technologies, etc

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills are required

• Capable of fostering effective communication and collaboration with business units, technical teams, and other departments

• Compliance with the bank's established regulations and policies is mandatory
