Responsibilities
Assist Department / Team to supervise the day to day operation activities of all teammates to ensure the fully compliance of internal policies & procedures, relevant regulatory requirements, codes and guidelines
Cooperate with Branch Operations Management Section to ascertain operation efficiency and uphold high operation & compliance standards
Develop and coach individual staff to achieve company vision and business goals, improve performance and increase effectiveness
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
3 years or above practical experience in Retail Banking operation role, with at least 1 year experience in supervisory function
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Thorough understanding of Branch operations, sound experience in customer service field
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision, good problem solving and analytical skills
