Responsible for enhancing and supporting the securities trading platform with margin trading from end to end, developing customer-focused digital securities trading experience, formulating various product recommendations and coordinating product enhancement
Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for the platform to streamline operations and improve customer engagement
Liaise with various teams (such as business stakeholders, risk stewards, UIUX design, IT, marketing, compliance and operations) to collecting/ analyzing user requirements and design functional flows, define end-to-end customer journeys and shape outcome/solutions.
Ensure digital deliverables meet business stakeholders’ requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release testing and live test.
Review the business performance after the launch of the project and support customer enquire about the product features and solve customers’ difficulties.
Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes, like HKMA, SFC, HKEX, SEC, etc, as well as internal policies, and timely execute product enhancement and other risk based diligence
Requirements:
Degree holder or above and preferably in Business, Finance or Information Technology related discipline or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in banking industry; with sound knowledge in securities system projects management and related digital transformation experience are advantages
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements for securities trading, margin financing and settlement in Hong Kong and US markets
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and able to work independently
Good business acumen, marketing sense and motivational skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferable
