Contract Assistant, Private Banking (Client Relationship Management)

Responsibilities:

• KYC Reviews: Perform name screening for all connected persons, review and prepare request for submission; review 12 months transactions and escalate if necessary
• Annual Portfolio Reviews: Download monthly statements from system for Relationship Managers to review before deadline
• Internal Reviews (Quarterly Review): Draft the review by comparing relevant report of each account managed by Relationship Manager

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma Holder or above
• Relevant experience in banking industry
• Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
