Job Responsibilities :
• Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Drive training and coaching programs to instill service excellence, safety, and hygiene standards, while ensuring full compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Job Requirements :
• University or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience including 3 years at supervisory / managerial level
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
