Job description:

• Handling renovation works and maintenance services and supplier inventory management

• Handling fixed asset registration, fixed asset inventory

• Promoting the implementation of the bank's green office operations, green institutions, and energy-saving and waste reduction projects

• Handling ESG projects and establishing relevant process systems, in accordance with the HKMA's carbon neutrality regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above (major: administration, facilities management field, building services / building studies )

• 5-7 year’s experience above in facilities management field, building services / building studies

• Familiarize in fitting-out works, A&A works and Building Department order; knowledge at latest ESG, Green House Gas Emission and Control Management and Ordinance preferable

• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in PC applications AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing Knowledge
