Responsibilities :

• Handle guest registration and check-out, payment and billing
• Answer guest enquiry, assist managing guest luggage
• Provide guest service in courteous and professional manner

Requirements :

• Diploma holder in hospitality management
• Good team player with pleasant character and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• 2 years relevant experience
