Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiry by providing quality service via inbound and outbound call
  • Process customer investment and banking transaction correctly and effectively
  • Participate in enhancement projects of system or AI functions
  • Help deepen customer relationship by cross-selling Bank's services and products
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business/Finance or other financial related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking/financial institution with sound knowledge of various investment & banking products
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations & Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;  fluency in Putonghua a must
