Front Desk Assistant Guest Service Supervisor (5-Day Work week)

Responsibilities

• Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.
• Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Oasis PMS System is preferred
