Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing research into the latest AI technologies, tools, and integration patterns to keep our solutions on the cutting edge.
• Master the art of prompt engineering to elicit the best possible performance from various LLMs.
• Familiarity with RAG frameworks, vector databases, or Knowledge Base integration.
• Architect and develop production grade AI agent systems, defining their workflows, tools, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI functionalities into new and existing products.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Artificial intelligence, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3 or above years in solution design, system architecture, or AI application development.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for cost-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Python: Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code is essential.
• Have AI Application Experience: Proven track record of developing applications and solutions that leverage AI, particularly LLMs.
• HaveMajor AI Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience using APIs from at least one major platform (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Grok).
• Excellent AI System Design Skills: Ability to design AI workflows, such as multi-step agent systems or LLM-integrated product functions.
• Experience with Local LLMs: Verifiable experience in setting up and running large language models in a local environment (e.g. ollama, xInference).
