Credit Control Officer 信貸管理主任 (Basic Salary HK$15K + Monthly Incentive)

主要職務:

• 處理壞帳催收及逾期帳戶 (主要壞帳)
• 與催收有關的文書工作

職位要求:

• 中五程度或同等學歷
• 具兩年處理逾期還款賬戶經驗 (催收壞帳經驗者優先)
• 操流利廣東話
• 能閱讀簡單英文
• 基本電腦操作及中英文輸入
• 即時上班優先

基本工作時間:

• 星期一至五
• 輪班: 8:00 am–8:00 pm (早晚更)
• 每日9小時工作(包括1小時休息時間)

Main Duties:

• Delinquency Management: Handle bad debt collection and overdue payment accounts (Mainly bad debt collection)
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical and office duties related to debt collection

Requirements:

• Secondary 5 level or equivalent
• Two years or above of experience in handling overdue accounts (Candidates with collecting bad debts experience will be given priority)
• Fluent Cantonese; ability to read simple English
• Basic computer operations and proficiency in Chinese and English typing
• Immediate or short notice is preferred

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Shift: 8:00-20:00 (Morning Shift & Mid-Shift)
• 9-hour shift (Including 1 hour break)
