Manager, Investment Advisory

Job Purpose

Reporting to Head of Investment Advisory, you will be responsible for providing investment market updates and advice in relation to local & foreign markets, performing order executions and providing support in the development of new investment products for the Bank.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor investment ideas of assigned asset class
• Prepare in-house investment market updates and recommendations for investment products
• Assist frontline sales staff to achieve sales target
• Source investment products and conduct products due diligence
• Liaise with brokers for price quotes and orders execution
• Handle enquiries on investment products from internal and external clients
• Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Investment Advisory

Requirements

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes.

• Degree holder and preferably with CFA qualifications
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in handling investment banking products and services
• Good knowledge of trade execution on various asset classes
• General understanding of financial markets and excellent knowledge in one of the investment asset classes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and able to work under time-pressure
• A team player
• Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
