Senior Officer, Retail Finance & Credit Card Department

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour authorization and lost/stolen card hotline services to cardholders and acquiring merchants.
  • Monitor suspicious credit card transactions and related tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and related work concerning lost or stolen credit cards from cardholders.
  • Process authorization requests from merchants, providing transaction authorization services to both cardholders and merchants.
  • Handle disputes and fraudulent use matters related to credit cards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Banking & Finance / Accounting / Business is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Night shift duty is required
