Client Acquisition & Growth: Proactively develop the market and strategically build a high-net-worth client base through effective business development and channel management.
Revenue Generation: Strive to meet and exceed assigned sales revenue and asset-under-management (AUM) targets.
Holistic Advisory: Provide comprehensive wealth management advice covering financial investment, estate planning (trusts), insurance, portfolio management, and tax advisory services.
Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to all internal policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with all external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private wealth management business or a related field, preferably serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a financial-related discipline from a recognized institution.
Knowledge: Sound knowledge of a broad range of financial investment and wealth structuring products.
Holder of Insurance Authority (IA) IIQE Papers I & III.
Advantage: ECF-PWM (Enhanced Competency Framework for Private Wealth Management) or ECF-RWM (Retail Wealth Management) qualification is an added advantage.
Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is a must for effective client communication).
