Senior Liabilities and FX Manager

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop retail FX revenue growth strategy, lead initiatives accelerating FX customer growth and product penetration, enhancing customer experience
• Generate portfolio insights and translate them into initiatives to realise faster business growth, enrich commercisliation and value proposition
• Collaborate with frontline teams and stakeholders to implement initiatives that improve FX service delivery for both internal and external clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, benchmark against industry peers to maintain FX service competitiveness, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare strategy documents, business proposals, business cases, and reports for senior management review.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years’ experience managing retail banking products, customer portfolios, and leading campaigns.
• Knowledge of the FX market.
• Demonstrated results orientation with a strong track record in driving business growth.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven change leadership and influencing abilities.
• Strong numerical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work effectively within a team.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
