Gate Services Coordinator閘口服務協調員

Main Duties:

• Provide quality customer services to tractor drivers, shipping lines and other terminals by handling enquiries and responding to complaints
• Maintain records of operational movement in terminal system
• Prepare and issue entry passes and identification tools for drivers
• Monitor gate queues to ensure smooth traffic flow and operations
• Support supervisors in daily gate activities
• 6-day workweek, shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 3 years' working experience
• Preferable with relevant experience in terminal operations, shipping, logistics and transport industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

資歷要求:

• 中五或以上學歷，具3年工作經驗
• 具貨櫃碼頭、船務或物流行業經驗者會獲優先考慮
• 熟悉MS Office應用程式操作
• 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
