- Assist in daily operation of all areas both in maintenance and cleanliness by conducting inspection
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Team to ensure units ready for residents’ satisfaction and comfort
- Ensure the places are cleaned and maintained according to The Gloucester standards
- Handle all residents’ enquiries and requests and provide concierge service to residents
- A minimum of 1 year related working experience
- Pleasant and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
