Global Business Analyst (Financial Field)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Global Business Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This critical role serves as the bridge between our business operations and technology solutions, using data-driven insights to inform strategic financial decisions across our global operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing financial performance, and shaping our long-term commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of global financial data, regulatory guidelines, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support senior management decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing financial processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions in collaboration with IT and project teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from diverse international stakeholders and translate complex financial concepts and technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, and presentations for executives and various business partners globally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Financial Analyst role within the financial services industry.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong business acumen and a passion for driving strategic change.
