Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Supporting
To coordinate all sales support for brokerage sales team
To support sales activity manager to handle manual, system and process changes for brokerage business
To assist sales activity manager on ensuring conduct of business in accordance with regulatory requirement
To generate market info comparison for different sales channels
Post-Sales Supporting
To handle staff incentive program fulfillment for brokerage business
To handle exceptional approval cases for brokerage business
To handle enquiries from staff
To conduct case follow up for brokerage business including insurance and premium financing applications.
Marketing
To manage marketing program fulfillment for brokerage business
To assist in collecting data for marketing intelligence on marketing programs, customer offers
To handle telephone enquiries from internal staff on brokerage business including product, marketing programs, incentive programs, etc. and to follow up on enquiries by frontline
Reporting
To prepare all MI reports for insurance business targeting management, frontline, product management team and sales team
Requirements
Degree Holder or above
Proactive attitude, diligent, persistent and independent
Detail-minded, sound judgment and good problem solving capabilities
Strong numeric sense and coordination capabilities
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of AI Application
Ability to multi-task, work effectively with many different areas within the department (marketing, operations, accounting)
