Responsibilities
Credit Card Accounting
Handles daily settlement with card association Visa, MasterCard and CUP
Perform daily settlement with business partners, merchant, etc
Reconciles and prepare daily entries in relation to card receivable and repayment
Prepares monthly billing settlement between business partners
Follows up daily transaction exception reports
Credit Card Authorization
To provide 24/7 non-stop authorization services and customer services during non-office hours and public holidays for our cardholders and merchants
To monitor & operate our authorization system in providing 24/7 non-stop issuing & acquiring authorization services
To monitor suspicious credit card transactions, confirm genuineness with our cardholders for an early identification and remedy of fraudulent card usage
To review hit records in LVW System, study customer background to determine the result
To process Lost/ Stolen Card Reporting from our cardholders to stop/ prevent fraudulent use of our credit cards
Customer Service Support
Provide daily operation, support and service to cardholders, merchant and card center
Handle cardholders/merchants service request and troubleshooting
Handle the processing of financial adjustments and fee collections/payments
Assist merchant account request and account maintenance
Assist in performing User Acceptance Test
Assist in new product/services development
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above
Customer-oriented with good inter-personal skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft office
Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
