Front Desk Supervisor (5-days work week)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the supervision of Front Desk operations
• Provide guest services for customers including check-in and check-out services
• Ensure smooth Front Desk operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and control the room status

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 2 years working experience in hotel front office
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
