Assistant Manager, Retail Distribution (GI - Motor focus)

Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessment on new and renewal business for motor insurance
• Provide quotations & responses to various business sources, monitor incoming business in accordance with Underwriting Guideline
• Monitor and analyze business and underwriting result
• Support any initiative to improve operational workflow and business performance 
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with insurance professional qualification preferred (ANZIIF, CII or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant underwriting experience in handling motor insurance
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
• Passed in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is preferred
• Proficient general insurance knowledge
• Meticulous and with the ability of multi-tasking; willing to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
