A Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (RM) builds and manages long-term client relationships, acts as the main point of contact, develops business by identifying needs, structures financial solutions (loans, trade finance), prepares credit proposals, ensures compliance, and drives revenue growth by cross-selling products while managing portfolio risk. Key duties involve proactive client engagement, credit analysis, deal execution, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business targets.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Business Development: Prospect for new clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and achieve sales targets for various banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury).
Credit & Risk Management: Conduct financial analysis, prepare credit proposals, assess risk, and ensure loan portfolios meet quality standards.
Solution Structuring: Design and provide tailored financial solutions, including credit facilities, to meet client needs.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with operations, product teams, and credit departments to ensure smooth service delivery and deal closure.
Compliance: Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC).
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
Less than three years of work experience
Good team player, energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal and analytical skills
Self-initiative, able to work independently and under pressure
Good written and communications skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
