Officer Trainee / Loan Syndication Product Manager

Core Value of the Position: As a driver for the bank's major syndicated loan projects, responsible for leading the arrangement, distribution, and management of syndicated loans and structured financing projects, enhancing the bank's brand influence and fee-based income in the syndicated loan market.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, law, or a related field from a renowned domestic or international university.

2. Less than three years of work experience

3. Experience in corporate banking, syndicated loans, structured financing, or related fields are preferred.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, marketing, and project management abilities; strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and teamwork spirit.

5. Holders of CPA, CFA, Legal Professional Qualification Certificate, or similar certifications are preferred.
