Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop branch sales and marketing plans to achieve sustainable business results
• Upkeep the branding through quality branch service delivery
• Supervise day to day sales activities and ensure all branch staffs are fully complied with relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Coach and motivate branch staff to build a professional and capable sales work force

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of banking experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Possess recognized insurance and securities licenses
  Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills
• Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF-RWM) qualification is preferable 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
