As the Bartender at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you’ll create more than just drinks – you’ll craft stories, experiences, and memories. Whether it’s a signature cocktail or an off-menu classic, you bring style, skill, and soul to every shake and pour.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Preparing  an inspired cocktail menu with creativity and flair
• Providing engaging bar-side service and drink recommendations
• Managing bar stock, cleanliness, and mise en place
• Collaborating with the bar team on seasonal and themed menus
• Contributing to a buzzing, social, and inclusive bar environment.

What we need from you

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in upscale or lifestyle venues
• Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails
• Passion for storytelling through drinks and engaging conversation
• Great team player with a collaborative spirit
• Fluent in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage.
