Assistant Manager, Loan Processing Team, Retail Finance & Credit Card Department

Responsibilities

• Arrange fire insurance coverage for new mortgaged property loan and property valuation (before loan drawdown)

• Handle CRA maintenance and monitor the CRA daily report

• Follow-up insurance renewal & insurance endorsement matter and answer the customer enquiries

• Monitor and check CRA contribution file, CRA opt-out letter issuance & other related matters

• Handle the customer address updating

• Participate in system enhancement and UAT

• Handle release of insurance policy for redeemed property

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with 5 years related working experience

• Computer knowledge, hands-on experience in MS office application

• Problem solving skill and accounting knowledge

• Good communication skill and writing skills in both English and Chinese
