Officer Trainee / Transaction Banking Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the full lifecycle management of Transaction Banking digital channel products, including but not limited to Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Mobile App, Host-to-Host (H2H) connectivity, Payment & Collection solutions, and Cash Management products.

Lead product planning, requirement definition, business design, coordination with various departments, and drive the successful launch and continuous optimization of digital transaction banking products.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor products in transaction banking field

• Formulate product development roadmap and mid-to-long term strategy

• Lead business requirement analysis, write detailed Business Requirement Documents / Functional Specification Documents

• Closely collaborate with IT, operation, risk, compliance, sales and other related departments to ensure smooth product development and implementation

• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Test) process, validate product functions and user experience

• Prepare and update various product-related documents, procedure manuals, training materials, sales guides, and marketing collaterals

• Track product performance after launch, collect user feedback, and continuously optimize products and features

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.

2. Less than three years of work experience

3. Candidates with experience in corporate internet banking, corporate mobile banking, cash management, payment/collection, or host-to-host connectivity products will be highly preferred.

4. Strong business analysis and requirement definition capability, proficient in writing clear and structured business documents

5. Excellent Chinese writing ability, capable of independently drafting and updating various procedure manuals, product specifications, and operation guidelines

6. Good project management skills and cross-departmental coordination & communication ability

7. Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin); good command of written and spoken English

8. Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

9. Strong learning ability and sensitivity to new technologies/digital transformation in banking
