As the Host / Hostess at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you are the first impression and the lasting memory. You welcome every guest with poise, charm, and genuine warmth – setting the tone for an experience that is both relaxed and refined. If you love people and creating moments of magic, this role is for you.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Greeting and seating guests with energy and grace
• Managing reservations and guest flow with professionalism
• Remembering returning guests and creating emotional connections
• Coordinating with restaurant and bar teams to ensure smooth service 
• Supporting special occasions and surprise & delight moments

What we need from you

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality industry
• A naturally warm, welcoming personality
• A genuine smile, polished presence, and confidence under pressure
• Working knowledge of reservation systems preferred (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
