Assistant Manager (Operations)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join Operations Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform the loan origination, administration and enforcement duties;
• Monitor the performance of appointed servicers and agents;
• Prepare management statistics and reports;
• Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects; and
• The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage loan operations;
• Experience in loan recovery and reverse mortgage operations would be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset;
• Strong PC skills in MS Excel and MS Access; and
• A team player with positive thinking.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Associate.)
